Oakwood Morgage Rick Hinds Group/ RealtyBCT over the past few months has been richly blessed with several new companies. One of the first companies I would like to talk about is Hinds Group which is a Real-estate company that is up and growing in Waco, Texas. Rick Hinds is the CEO/President. He has allowed BCT to office in the building and do Pastoral Counseling. Since BCT has moved in we have had an opportunity to meet and counsel several agents. May God have the Glory!
The second company happens to be in the same office. The company is Oakwood Morgage and the Vice President is Jeff Bradburn. We have also had an opportunity to do pastoral counseling with a few of their staff. Our prayers are that we will be able to bless these two companies as we continue to serve. We have two other companies looking at us. One a national construction company and the second a large box company. More information will be forthcoming. We have also been blessed with a new chaplain, Lee Hutchinson who is finishing his Doctors Degree in counseling. He also has a ministry degree. He is a also a counselor with CENICOR. Is on the board with the DWI/DRUG Court. Looking forward to working with Lee. I too have been placed on the DWI/DRUG Board which works with the court. This allows me to do pastoral care to those need positive yet firm help. It also allows me to encourage them to choose to change. God has opened alot of doors for BCT to walk through. For those who question problems that may arise in businesses who are faith based. Here are a few of the different situations which we have been able to minister. We minister only to people who request our help. We are and have been ministering to Athesit, Hindu, Muslim, Gay, Christians of all nondenominational and denominational backgrounds. This gives us an opportunity to break down walls while sharing Jesus. I will try and send pictures of other companies we are working with. May GOD have the GLORY!

It has been a whirlwind of meetings, bible studies, devotionals, counseling, gospel presentations, conversions, etc. As everyone, things are getting busier and the demands many times greater and greater. Thus to lighten the load, it is my intent to publish lessons from God's word as well as implement Christian videos to assist in one's personal study. If you are interested, I will be adding free bible studies which are intended to further your desire to dig deeper into His word.

Over the past month, we have seen His hand in ministering to companies while dealing with death and funerals of some of the employees families. Our hope is that more employers will see the need to have us help them deal with many of life's problems through pastoral care. Throughout our photo gallery, we hope to not only highlight the ministry of reaching those in need but promote the companies we service as those that care for their employees. While it is important for business owners to know there employees, it is many times difficult to reach beyond the office to address the struggles that impact the bottom line of their valued employees. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of people and seek to serve Him fully. We now have Pay-Pal for those who would like to donate to Business Chaplains of Texas. This money will be used to expand our outreach while offering quality services to your company. -+++++-Evidence has found that busy people with great work ethic are the ones you involve. The same is true of those who give from the heart. For years, I spent time ministering to churches while developing stewardship giving above their regular church contribution. People want to give when they know the true need as well as the mission which will to be accomplished through Jesus Christ; who brings the increase.
